Prices, Reservations and Payments
You can reserve a trip at any time before the tour starts by paying a deposit of approximately 1/3 the estimated total cost of the requested trip. The remaining balance (including discounts or addition fees) is due on the day the trip begins. In exceptional cases, and by mutual agreement, payment of the balance due may be made upon completion of the trip. Payment may be made by personal check, bank transfer, or credit card (Master Card or Visa). Clients must advise PATHWAYS s.r.o. about important details, such as phone numbers and email address, to be used in case of emergency, dates of travel, beyond those booked with PATHWAYS s.r.o., and contact details and dates for additional accommodations and travel agencies (where applicable), as well as any other circumstances which may result in complications, interruption or cancellation of purchased services. U.S. passport holders are not required to have a visa for most destinations we offer (unless otherwise stipulated). For non-U.S. citizens, visa and other travel documents may be required. A minimum of 6 months validity for client's passport beyond the trip dates is advised. It is the client's responsibility to obtain all necessary documents before making the reservation, and we cannot be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, delays, expenses, of any kind whatsoever, to clients or their traveling companions, resulting from situations where visa or other required documents are not valid or sufficient.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please note that PATHWAYS s.r.o. will not hold any client reservation without prior deposit. Travel services; booking of transfers, guides and lodging, must be confirmed in writing upon receipt and approval of a PATHWAYS s.r.o. proposal. Terms must also be secured by a deposit of approximately 1/3 of the estimated total cost of the services requested, and be must be received no later than 14 days from receipt of PATHWAYS s.r.o. proposal. In the event that a proposal is requested within 30 days of the requested travel services, a deposit is due immediately, upon receipt and approval of the proposed terms. Expedited payment is possible by Credit Card transaction (Master Card or Visa), or direct bank transfer to PATHWAYS s.r.o. account. Failure to make deposit payment when it is due will be considered a cancellation, and any arrangements and booking for lodging and services will be null and void. Deposit payments are non refundable, under any circumstances, however, the dates of travel may be adjusted, providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the date of travel, and subject to availability. Adjustments to dates of travel, or any portion of the proposed services, within 30 days prior to the date of travel, will be subject to a $75 adjustment fee. All services are 100% nonrefundable in the event of changes made during the course of travel. Tickets to special events and concerts are also nonrefundable immediately upon purchase.

PATHWAYS s.r.o. prices are listed here in US Dollars, for client convenience, however, prices are based on the cost of goods and services in local currencies. Thus, we reserve the right to adjust these prices, from receipt of proposal to delivery of services, based on fluctuations in the currency exchange rate exceeding 5% of the Inter bank middle rate.

All cancellations and claims must be submitted in writing and must be signed by the person who made the original reservation. Cancellations are only effective from the day they are actually received by us. All original supplemental documents such as hospital documents, death certificates which may be required if a refund is requested, must be submitted, together with a written explanation of all the details and facts related to the claim. In the event of cancellation, PATHWAYS s.r.o. reserves the right to assess fees and penalties, to be deducted from any refund due.

There is no refund if you arrive late for a tour, or if you leave early; nor is there any refund for meals or services which are voluntarily refused during a tour. PATHWAYS s.r.o. cannot assume responsibility for any additional expenses such as non-refundable air tickets, extra hotel nights, additional transportation, personal items, etc. It is advisable to arrange a travel insurance which will cover such costs in the event of cancellation of your trip.

Liability and Limitations:
We shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of employment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, to clients or their traveling companions, resulting from the acts, omissions or negligence of anyone other than PATHWAYS s.r.o., or its employees acting on behalf of this agency. This includes indemnity from liabilty for events beyond PATHWAYS s.r.o., or its supplier's, reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods, or acts of restraint imposed by government authorities. Supplier's liability may also be limited by law, tariffs or conditions on tickets, and in particular clients should read and understand all limitations of liability set forth by their choosen airline, or other carrier. We strongly recommend that you consider the various types of supplimental insurance coverage.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the tour price. We do recommend that clients arrange a comprehensive travel insurance (covering trip cancellation, trip interruption, baggage and accident/life), as no exceptions will be made to these Cancellation and Refund Policies for any reason.

Responsibility of Participants
Participants are responsible for choosing a tour that suits their interests, abilities, fitness level and health, and for providing PATHWAYS S.R.O. with a accurate arrival & departure information, as well as details about any medical or outstanding conditions that may effect their ability to participate in planned activity.

Sharing and Single Supplement
Single guests who are willing to share a room with another participant of the same gender will not be charged a single supplement if we find a roommate. Otherwise you have to pay 75% of the single room supplement in the event a roomate cannot be found.

Termination
If any term or condition herein shall, to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms and conditions or the application of such terms and conditions to persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid or unenforceable shall not be affected thereby and each term and condition herein shall be separately valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Claims
Any claims arising out of, or relating to, any of our services must be made in writing and within 30 days of the date of the service in question.

Itinerary Changes
PATHWAYS S.R.O. reserves the right, with or without prior notice, to make changes to the published itinerary or to any particular service at any time, in their sole judgment, conditions warrant, or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour participants. However, should such situation arise, PATHWAYS S.R.O. will make every effort to offer equivalent alternatives of a comparable standard.
